  • This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

  • All user credit card information is securely communicated using secure socket layer (SSL) software which is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions.

  • Your credit card information is not stored on our internet server and must be re-entered for each transaction.

  • All user information stored on our server is stored in a secure format.

    Shipping

  • Items will be very well packaged and thoroughly protected, including bubble wrap and cardboard.

  • Processing your order will usually take up to 14 days in the UK but longer if overseas. However please let me know if it is urgent. Please note that all packages coming out of the UK may be kept in Customs for up to 6 weeks abroad.

  • If goods have been damaged once you receive them, please sign for as ‘damaged in transit’ or email within 24 hours of delivery.

    Refunds

    If there is an issue with your order, please contact me at glenn@glencouling.co.uk.

    The item must be re-sent back to the return address for my attention and be in good condition with the original packaging. No amount can be refunded until the item has been returned in undamaged condition.
